30-day returns on unopened goods

You may return any unopened item, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

What cannot be returned

For health and safety reasons, sterile single-use items cannot be returned once opened, used, or once the sterile seal is broken. This applies to syringes, alcohol prep pads, and any sealed component of a bundle. This does not affect your rights where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email info@vngsupplies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and we cover the cost of return where a return is needed.

How to start a return

Email info@vngsupplies.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and an address. Please do not send anything back before we confirm — unannounced returns can be difficult to match to an order.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping and we recommend a tracked service — we can only refund goods that reach us. Where the return is our error, we cover it.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process the refund within 5 business days of receiving and checking the returned goods, and your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it. Original shipping is refunded only where the return is our error or the order was cancelled by us.

Cancelled and undeliverable orders

If we cancel an order before it ships — for stock, address verification, or a jurisdiction restriction — you are refunded in full. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we refund the goods less the original shipping cost.
