Terms of sale

1. Who we are

VNG Lab Supplies (“VNG”, “we”, “us”) is a trading name of Xero Industries LLC, based in Indian Trail, North Carolina, United States. These terms govern every order placed through vngsupplies.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. What we sell

We sell general laboratory and clinical consumables — sterile single-use syringes, 70% isopropyl alcohol prep pads, carry cases, and bundles of those items. Goods are supplied sealed and as labeled by their manufacturer.

We do not sell drugs, prescription products, controlled substances, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or any product intended for human or animal administration. We are not a pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy, or a medical provider, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

We do not provide dosing, injection, reconstitution, or administration guidance of any kind, and we cannot answer questions of that type.

3. Who may buy

You must be 18 years of age or older and purchasing for lawful use. By placing an order you confirm both. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18.

4. Lawful use and your jurisdiction

Some jurisdictions regulate the sale or possession of hypodermic syringes and similar consumables. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you live. We ship only to jurisdictions where the sale of the items ordered is permitted, and any order we cannot lawfully fulfil is cancelled and refunded in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected resale for prohibited use, an address we cannot verify, a jurisdiction restriction, stock availability, or a pricing error. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, which are shown before you confirm. The price that applies is the one shown when we confirm your order. We may change prices at any time before confirmation.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

7. Delivery

Shipping timeframes, costs, and restrictions are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Your return and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: unopened, sealed goods may be returned within 30 days; sterile single-use items cannot be returned once opened or once the sterile seal is broken.

9. Condition and warranty

Goods are supplied sealed and as labeled by their manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty passes to you. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose — you are responsible for deciding whether an item suits your intended lawful use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product other than as labeled.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
