Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders are dispatched from the United States.

Processing time

Orders placed on a business day before 2pm ET are usually prepared for dispatch the same or next business day. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are prepared on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, domestic parcels typically arrive in 2–6 business days depending on destination and the service selected at checkout. These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm and pay. Any applicable tax is shown at the same point.

Tracking

When your order ships we email a confirmation with the carrier and tracking number. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, email info@vngsupplies.com and we will chase it with the carrier.

Addresses and restrictions

We can only ship to a complete, verifiable US street address. Please check your address carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier.

Some jurisdictions regulate the sale of hypodermic syringes and similar consumables. We ship only where the sale of the items ordered is permitted. If we cannot lawfully ship your order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If a parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund the order. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Undeliverable or refused parcels

A parcel returned to us as undeliverable or refused is refunded for the goods, less the original shipping cost.
